Diet, Exercise, and Weight-Loss Counseling

I empower my patients with knowledge and options so they can make decisions that feel right for them.

Paleo, Whole30, Vegetarian, Mediterranean, Flexitarian, Gluten-Free…I’m familiar with them all. I don’t subscribe to a one-size-fits-all diet philosophy.

If patients ask for guidance, we may discuss their current eating habits and weight-loss or wellness goals. Along with insights from their Women’s Wellness Lab, we may discuss crafting their own diet and exercise regimen that feels good and sustainable.

Food and physical activity should be fun and not restrictive. My goal is to offer women different options and perspectives so they feel more expansive as they take care of themselves.

Lifestyle

We all need care and support from others, in all aspects of our lives.

I am driven to support women in making decisions toward the lives they want for themselves. As my patients and I form trusting relationships, we may discuss aspects of their lifestyle that are holding them back from achieving their goals and behaviors that will better support them.

  • Quitting drinking, smoking, vaping and drug use

  • Taking steps toward their dreams and goals

  • Ending toxic relationships

  • Making that doctors appointment they’ve been meaning to make

  • Connecting with themselves through a physical, mental, or spiritual practice
